I read the books, all of them, and have to say that it's this article that is a waste of time. If you are not willing to read them, you don't have to bash them like this.

In all honesty I felt that Robert Jordan did overstretch the story by about 3 to 4 books. But with patience it is a decent read, if not extraordinary.

I will definitely have a lok at the TV Series, I hope it's better tha Foundation, which is a true disgrace.

But definitely this article is completely unnecessary, it bashes a very well respected series of books, and comes from a persona who has apparently not even read them.
